Since it's another slow week for JJK I thought why not try to spice things up
Before writing this post I would like to add numerous disclaimers, that will probably get ignored.
Yes Mei Mei and Ui Ui have a strange relationship
Yes Mei Mei views it purely as transactional and is most definitely using Ui Ui
Yes Ui Ui has a strange affection towards his sister
To recap things for those not in the know (all 5 of you), Mei Mei stands accused of having sex with her younger brother Ui Ui at a hotel in Malaysia.
After seeing this panel its hard not to see why someone would think that they did it.
I mean come on she's in bed naked with her brother and is talking about how tired Ui UI was (what else could he even be tired from?)
However, there is a much likelier possibility and to go into that its important to remember what Mei Mei fought beforehand: the Smallpox Disease Curse
This is important because smallpox can contaminate and spread through clothing.
It's also important to go into the chain of events and why Ui Ui + Mei Mei would be exhausted enough to go straight to bed

Ui Ui teleports them out to safety
So to conclude, Mei Mei was naked because she was disposing of her contaminated clothing and asked Ui Ui if he was tired because he was put through two intense fights + teleported them far away.
Its also important to think of this probabilistically like seriously lets assume there are two options

Mei Mei had sex or did sexual acts with her pre-pubescent brother

Mei Mei took precautions to get rid of smallpox contaminated clothing and Ui Ui is exhausted from fighting
What % values would we honestly assign to either option.
Now as for every other aspect of their relationship lets just chalk it up to a lot of animes having sibling relationships be super weird, sometimes, borderline sexual for no reason at all. Some examples of this are SAO, Monogatari, and Oshi no K- (Ok ignore that one).
Random final aside: Mei Mei lowkey put in a lot of work during Shibuya compared to the others present and was definitely worth whatever lump sum of cash she got.
